Recruitment of 84 Technical Officers-II under Jal Jeevan Mission, Assam
The Mission Directorate, JJM, Assam intends to engage 84 (Eightyfour) Technical Officers- II in various districts of the State of Assam. The selection will be done through partnership with Tezpur University. However, Tezpur University has no role in issuance of appointment letters and other employment related matters.

The total number of vacancies for the position of Technical officerII is 84 ( Eighty Four), i.e. 2 (Two) Technical officers-II per division.

The Technical Officer-II will report to the Mission Director, the Additional Mission Director, SMMU, Jal Jeevan Mission, Assam, the Chairperson of DWSM of the concerning District and the District Mission Director/Associate Mission Director of DMMU.

Essential Qualifications
a.3–YEAR Full-time Diploma in CIVIL ENGINEERING from a recognized University/Institution with minimum 55% marks.
b.At least 1year of experience in rural development works related to supervision in construction.
c.Age not more than 35 years as on 1st January 2020
BE/B.TECH NEED NOT APPLY. DIPLOMA HOLDERS OTHER THAN ‘CIVIL ENGINEERING’ SHOULD NOT APPLY. CANDIDATES WHO HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED THE DIPLOMA ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE TO APPLY.

Candidates will be shortlisted based on Essential qualification/ Desirable qualification/ Skills mentioned above.

The proposed remuneration will be in the range of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand) per month (Inclusive of all incentives and perks).
