Walk -in Interview at Assam Inland Water Transport Project, Human Resources & Admin Officer
The ‘Assam Inland Water Transport Development Society’ under the Transport Department, Government of Assam is implementing the Assam Inland Water Transport Project with financing from the World Bank. The project aims to transform the quality of inland water transport services and integrate high quality passenger and vehicle ferry services into Assam’s wider transport network.
A walk-in-interview will be held on the date & venue mentioned below at the office of Assam Inland Water Transport Development Society (AIWTDS) for selection of candidate to be engaged purely on contractual basis for the following position :

1.Human Resources & Admin Officer
Time of Registration: 10.00 AM to 11.00 AM
Date and Time of Walk-in-Interview: 20th January, 2024 From 10.30 AM to 01.00 PM
Venue:AIWTD Society 3rd Floor, Directorate of Inland Water Transport, Ulubari, Guwahati – 7, Assam.

Essential Qualification:

• Master degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (min two years duration) in Human Resource (HR) Management/ HR Development from any Govt. recognized University/Institutions.
• Related Trainings in the field of capacity building of institutions, training need assessment, and conducting trainings will be preferred;

Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of work experience in Human resource management in a reputed public/private sector agency.
• Computer Skills: Must have proficiency in the use of Internet based applications, Graphics, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point and other related applications.

Remuneration:
The monthly fixed remuneration will be Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000/- per month or 30% hike on the existing remuneration whichever is less

Interested candidates may appear before the selection committee with all original documents in support of age, qualification, and experience along with self-attested photocopies of the same. The candidates are also required to carry 2 copies of recent passport photograph along with the prescribed application form available on the AIWTDS website.
The selection committee reserves the right to cancel or postpone the said interview without assigning any reasons thereof. No TA/DA is payable for attending the interview.
