Applications in Standard Form are invited from Indian Citizens as defined under Articles -5 and 6 of the Constitution of India for filling up the following vacant posts in the establishment of the Principal Judge, Family Court at Dhubri.

  1. Record Arranger- 1 no
    Pay:Rs.14,000/- to 60,500/-, + GP Rs. 5,200/-
    EQ:Class-VIII passed
  2. Process Server – 2
    Rs.14,000/- to 60,500/-, + GP Rs. 5,200/-
    EQ:Class-VIII passed
  3. Peon/Attached Peon : 2
    Rs.12,000/- to 52,000/-+ G.P. Rs.3,900/-
    EQ:Class-VIII Unreserved passed
  4. Chowkidar- 1
    Rs.12,000/- to 52,000/-+ G.P Rs.3,900/-
    EQ:Class-VIII Unreserved

General Eligibility Criteria:
1.Candidate must possess educational qualification of Class-VIII standard; and those who have passed HSSLC (Higher Secondary) or above shall not be eligible to apply for the said post/s. Candidates possessing special skill or experience shall be given preference on need basis.
2.Candidates must have registered their names in the Employment Exchange and the Registration number along with the date must be mentioned in their application/s.
3.Candidates must not be less than 18 years or more than 43 years of age as on 1.5.2019. The upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. norms for the candidates belonging to SC/ST and persons with disabilities.
4.The application/s should be accompained by self attested copies of all testimonials regarding
Educational Qualification, Age, Caste, valid Employment Exchange Registration Card etc. along with 3 (Three) copies of recent passport size photographs duly signed by the candidate on the reverse side.
5.The last date of receipt of application is 14.6.2019 till 5.00 PM for which a “Drop Box” will be manintained in the Office of the undersigned. No application will be entertained after the last date

SELECTION PROCESS:
The selection process for the aforesaid categories of posts will consist of two stages:

  1. WRITTEN EXAMINATION (70 marks)&
  2. INTERVIEW/VIVA-VOCE (30 marks).
  3. WRITTEN EXAMINATION: There shall be a written examination of one paper (70 marks) of
    2 (two) hours duration, The Board reserves the right to fix the cut off marks in the written
    examination.
  4. INTERVIEW/VIVA-VOCE: Candidates shall be called for Interview/Viva-voce in the ration of
    1:10 against the existing vacancies according to merit list on the basis of marks obtained in the Written Examination.
