State Level Yoga Olympiad-2019
The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Assam is going to organize State Level Yoga Olympiad-2019 at Srimanta Sankardev Kalakshetra, Panjabari, Guwahati-37 from 22nd to 24th May, 2019. The selected students in the state level Yoga Olympiad will get the opportunity to participate in the National Level Yoga Olympiad to be held in New Delhi in the month of June, 2019.
The selected students in the district level Yoga Olympiad only will be able to participate in the State Level Yoga Olympiad. The Government of Assam with the objective of providing the students with an understanding of Yogic Practice for developing healthy habits and life style has been organizing Yoga Olympiad since 2016. Therefore, the students from class VI to X who are willing to participate in this competition are requested to contact the nearest District Institute of Education and Training (DIET).
