A valid GATE score in the matching paper — from 2024, 2025 or 2026 — is mandatory; all three years carry equal weight, and no experience is required. The qualification must be completed by the 30 Sep 2026 cut-off.

Documents to have ready

• Colour photograph (JPEG, 50–200 KB) and signature in blue/black ink (JPEG, 10–50 KB)
• Date-of-birth proof, matriculation and senior-secondary certificates
• Valid GATE 2024/2025/2026 score card
• Essential qualification certificate and marksheets (plus CGPA conversion certificate, if applicable)
• Category certificate — SC/ST, OBC (NCL), EWS, or PwBD — where relevant
• NOC and age-relaxation certificate for serving government employees; ex-servicemen certificate, if applicable

All certificates are uploaded as PDFs, 10–500 KB each, and verified in original at the document-verification stage. OBC (NCL) certificates must be in the central-government format — state-list or education-purpose certificates aren’t accepted.
