Online applications are invited from eligible male and female lndian citizens for filling up 69 vacancies Male/Female allotted in following sports disciplines for the post of Rifleman / Riflewoman (General Duty) under Sports Quota recruitment in Assam Rifles for the year 2025, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of lndia:-

Last date of receipt of applications from eligible candidates for Assam Rifles Meritorious Sports persons Quota Recruitment Rally 2025 is 15 Sep 2025. Applications received thereafter will not be entertained. Applications will be accepted through online mode only. The online application SERVER will start functioning from 16 Aug 2025
The Recruitment Rally will be tentatively conducted between Oct 2025 to Dec 2025, the exact date of reporting at rally site will be mentioned in call letter

To apply, fill up the online application by clicking on “ONLINE APPLICATION” option on the web page. The candidates will fill the requisite details as prescribed in the application form. After filling up the application, the candidates has the option to make online payment via link given for online payment or alternatively the payment can be made at any SBI counters as well. ln both the options the candidate will have to upload copy of the challan or receipt online. Candidates while reporting for Physical Standard Test (PST), Motor Ability Test, Field Trial, Detailed Medical Examination (DME) & Review Medical Examination (RME) as applicable will produce original copy of payment receipt / challan for official records. ln case of non uploading of receipt / challan during online registration, the candidature of such applicants will be rejected. The candidates will also produce the printed copy of online Application Form duly completed and a copy of Call Letter downloaded from the website, failing which the candidature of the applicants may be rejected. The online applications portal will be functioning from the day of publication of the advertisement to the last date of receipt of the applications as prescribed in the advertisement.
Application Fee:
The General and OBC category candidates will pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 100/- (Rupees one hundred only).
The fee will be deposited online by the candidates into SBI Current Account No. 37088046712 in favour of Recruitment Branch, HQ DGAR, Shillong -793010 payable at SBI HQ DGAR Laitkor Branch IFSC Gode – SB1N0013883.
No fee is charged from candidates belonging to Schedule Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Female candidates.
