Recruitment of HEAD ASSISTANT for Bajali Sub-Division, Barpeta
In pursuance of approval accorded by the Commissioner of Lower Assam Division. Guwahati vide letter No RR.28/2017/ 209 dtd.17/04/2019, applications are invited from intending candidates in the Standard Form of Application for filling up the post of “HEAD ASSISTANT” for Bajali Sub-Division under the amalgamated establishment of the Deputy Commissioner. Barpeta in the Scale of Pay (PB-3 Rs. 22000/- – 97000/- + Grade pay Rs. 10300/-) (revised) pm plus other allowances as admissible as per provision of R.O.P. 2017 and under the Assam Ministerial District Establishment Service Rule, 1967 and its amendment vide Govt. Notification No. GAG (B) 306/ 2014/Pt-III/22 dated 15/10/2015.
The candidate should have worked as Supervisory Assistant rendering not less than “2 years” of continuous service as Supervisory Assistant in the amalgamated establishment of the Deputy Commissioner, Barpeta provided that 1st year of joining shall be treated as complete year irrespective of the date and month of his/her joining during the year.
Application stating Age, Educational Qualification, Present and Permanent Address including Experience of Incumbency in different branches supported by attested copies of certificates, a copy of recent passport size photograph along with ACRs of last 5 (five) consecutive years should reach the office of the undersigned within 30 (thirty) days from the date of publication of the advertisement (27.5.2020) together with a copy of Treasury Challan of Rs. 250.00 (Rupees two hundred fifty) only, in case of SC/ST candidates Rs. 150.00 (Rupees One Hundred fifty) only as application fees to be deposited in Treasury Office under the Head of Accounts “0070- Other Administrative Services – 60-other services-800-other receipt”.
Application should be submitted through proper channel with service particulars and candidates will have to appear before an interview board at their own expenses as and when called for. No TA/DA will be admissible for the journey
