Advertisement For Qualifying Examination For Admission To The Rashtriya Indian Military College, Dehradun For The Term July, 2022 Which Will Be Conducted On 18″ December, 2021
Eligibility :
i.Male students born between 2nd July, 2009 and 1st of January, 2011.
ii.Entry age of candidates appearing for the test should not be less than 11 1/2 years of age but should not have attained the age of 13 years as on 1st July, 2022, i.e., they should have been born not earlier than 2nd July 2009 and not later than 1st January, 2011.
Educational Qualification:
i.Candidate should either be studying in class VII or passed class Vii from any recognized
school at the time of admission to the RIMC, i.e., on 1st July, 2022.
Written Examination: The written part of the examination will consist of –
Mathematics -200 marks
English: 125 marks
GK: 75 marks
Viva-Voce: Interview will be held for only those candidates who qualify in the written
examination.
Medical Examination: The candidates finally selected after the Viva-Voce will undergo a
medical examination at selected Military Hospitals and only those candidates found medically
fit will be considered for selection and admission to the RIMC.
Scholarships:
The Govt. of Assam provides scholarship to the meritorious domicile students studying in RIMC Dehradun @ Rs. 50,000.00 p.a. as per the norms.
Examination Centre: Guwahati.
Documents to be submitted:
1.Original filled up form (2 copies).
2.Birth Certificate (2 copies).
3.Domicile Certificate (2 copies).
4.Certificate of the school authority where studying now.
5.Aadhaar Card (2 copies).
6.Passport photo (5 copies – 2 for Forms, 1 for School Certificate, 2 additional).
7.Postal Envelop with filled up communication address and postal stamp of Rs. 42/-.
