In pursuance of the Govt approval vide no.AEE.297/2020/69 dated 15th September, 2020 online applications are invited from SCERT for the eligible candidate who are citizen of India as defined under Article 5-8 of the Constitution of India for filling up the following different categories of non-gazetted vacant posts in different Teacher Education Institutions (TEI) under the Directorate of State Council of Educational Research and Training (S.C.E.R.T.), Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati-19

Candidates need to register themselves by clicking on Registration button. After successful registration, candidates will get a unique system generated Registration No which will be used for Login. Candidates shall have to login and complete all the sections available in the portal. After successful completion of all the sections, candidate can final submit their application(s) against the selected post. Please note that, candidates will not be allowed to modify any data submitted after final submission.
After final submission, candidates shall be allowed to take print out of the application and acknowledgement(s) against their post(s) applied for.
1.Lower Division Assistant : 5 nos

EQ:Graduate in any stream.
Diploma/Certificate in DTP/Type writing from any Govt. recognized institute. Proficiency in typing of official language will be preferred.
2.Laboratory Assistant: 3 nos

EQ:B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry or Biology passed with Proficiency in computer application.
3.Library Assistant: 1

EQ:Graduate in any discipline. Preference will be given to the candidate who possessed degree in Library and Information Science having knowledge in Computer application.
4.Statistical Assistant :1

EQ:Graduate in any stream with any one of the following subject. 1. Economics, 2. Statistics, 3. Mathematics. Knowledge in Computerized Data Entry is desirable.
5.Stenographer :1

EQ:Graduate in any stream, Diploma in Shorthand writing from Industrial Training Institutes in Assam
6.Graduate Instructor (Arts):3

EQ:B.A. with B.Ed. Degree from recognized University. Preference will be given to the candidates who possessed M.A. degree.
7.Assistant Teacher (Arts):1

EQ:Degree in any discipline from any recognized university with Diploma/Certificate in fine Art/ Cane and Bamboo/ Cutting and Knitting I Embroidery from Govt. recognized institute.
13.Manual Instructor:1

EQ:Degree in Fine Art from any Govt. recognized institute. Preference will be given to the candidates having Degree in Fine Art and B.Ed degree from any recognized university.
14.Work Experience Teacher:1

EQ:Graduate in any stream and one who completed certificate course from Govt. recognized institution in Art and Craft (handy craft), cutting, knitting, embroidery and tailoring. Proficiency in the use of ICT for educational purpose is desired.

EQ:Degree in Fine Art from any Govt. recognized institute. Preference will be given to the candidates having Degree in Fine Art and B.Ed degree from any recognized university.
