Recruitment of Public Finance Consultant, at UNICEF Assam Field Office
LOCATION: Guwahati
CLOSING DATE: 17 May 2019
The assignment would be for a period starting from May 31st 2019 to May 15th 2020 for 11.5 months duration
Qualification:
1.Post graduate degree in Social Sciences preferably in Economics, Finance, Social Work and other relevant fields.
2.Minimum 5 years of experience in the development sector with 2 years of experience in public finance is required
3.Prior working experience with UNICEF and any other UN agencies and Govt. departments is desirable Good command over computer – proficiency in MS Office, MIS, knowledge of data analytics software like Tableau preferable
4.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Assamese will be an asset
5.Excellent analytical abilities, report writing and documentation skills
