Inviting applications for filling-up of 2 (two) posts of Data Entry Operator (DEO) purely on contractual basis
Rajiv Gandhi University is inviting applications from the eligible candidate having age between 18 -28 years for filling-up of 2 (two) posts of Data Entry Operator (DEO) purely on contractual basis. The engagement shall be initially for a period of 6 (six) months extendable on requirement. Other details are give below :

Educational & other qualifications:Graduate or equivalent degree from recognized Universities. Having completed PGDCA & I (one) year course in Tally.
NOTE :- Candidates should note that they have to appear in the written test in English (20 marks), General Knowledge (20 marks) which shall be of 1/2 hrs. duration (objective & descriptive). Further. the candidate shall also have to appear in the proficiency test in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word and Tally which carry 60 marks 1.5 hrs duration. The marks obtained in English, and G.K. shall only be considered if he/she secure minimum 20 marks in proficiency test. The examinations shall be held on 10.6.2019 from 10.00 am onwards and result shall be notified in the University website (www.rgu.ac.in).
Important Note :
a. Candidates are requested to filled-up the application form (may be obtained from the University website www.rguac.in) in neat & clean handwriting or in computer typing.
b. The candidates are requested to attach one copy of self attested certificates (photocopy) along with application form.
c. 2 (two) copies of recent passport size photographs need to be submitted of which one copy should be pasted in the right corner at the top of the application form.
d. The date of interview shall be informed to the candidate by call letter/admit card.
e. The crucial date for determining age shall be the’last date of receipt of an application.
f. The University will not be responsible for non-receipt of application or any delay in receipt thereof, on any account.
g. The application complete in all respect should reach to the Registrar, Rajiv Gandhi University, Rono Hills, Doimukh — 791112 on or before 5 June 2019 upto 4.30 p.m.
